Title: Frequency increase letter please

I have decided to increase the cleaning frequency from 6 to 5 weeks and just not put the prices up this year im finding the windows and frames are really drity after 6 weeks.

has anyone got a frequency letter i could edit for my own needs please

Its better that you just turn up a week earlier then write to them it shouldn't be a big deal if they say anything say its actually 5-6 weeks 5 the earliest 6 the latest.
