Some interesting books, only one that really caught my eye was the "Cleaning Professional Kitchens", been on ebay and just bought it for 99p
We do a few of these using the Osprey Vega Steamer and more trad methods, any tips would be helpful and they can be killers :-\

No seriously not bothered about the money, just wanted space.
Ive got a few other that may up for offers soon as well as a whole load of Fast Track tapes, info, folders and Cds, but they are not going anywhere cheap. Not got the official Piranha marketing package though, got stolen when the CC I loaned it all to, decided to keep it all, and has most likely sold it since.
May put stuff on Ebay.
