For sill cloths you can probably just use old rags or t-shirts and the liquid from any supermarket. For ladders your best bet would probably be somewhere like B&Q. If you are going to be using the water fed pole method then I think you will have to get everything online either the same site I mentioned before or something like Pure freedom.

I am just trying to start out too. I have been asking an established cleaner for tips, and the best places I have seen so far are:

also I have been advised to buy a software package :- George the window cleaner's assistant - google it (about £50)

wouldn't waste ur money on software straight away a book and pen will do for 1 pound ;)

Some good advice there but have to disagree with the ladders,you need to get trade ladders not diy ladders.
