Your best bet would just be to buy the majority of it such as the traditional tools, cloths and scrapers and such from an online shop that is focusing on window cleaning such as cleaning spot. For sill cloths you can probably just use old rags or t-shirts and the liquid from any supermarket. For ladders your best bet would probably be somewhere like B&Q. If you are going to be using the water fed pole method then I think you will have to get everything online either the same site I mentioned before or something like Pure freedom.

Hi,
I am just trying to start out too. I have been asking an established cleaner for tips, and the best places I have seen so far are:
www.windowcleaningwarehouse.co.uk
www.gardinerpolesystems.co.uk
also I have been advised to buy a software package :- George the window cleaner's assistant - google it (about £50)
I hope this helps,
Good luck to us both!

Some good advice there but have to disagree with the ladders, you need to get trade ladders not diy ladders.
