interesting. never once in 6 years have i replaced one of their pumps. I have also never had any bad after sales. I think there a good company making good systems.

Gardiners for poles and brushes though  ;)

I agree with Lee. I only had one issue with ionic and that's when they just seemed to forget to send out my order one time. every single time I have phoned them the support has been fantastic.

no doubt good systems as they were the standard for a long time "reach and wash" but you pay for it when you can get soooo much cheaper

Dont get me wrong I also think ionics is good in 3yrs I am hitting over 50 grand turnover, I would never been able to do that WITH A COLD SYSTEM or trad, or bricklaying as I was, but, the never ending exspences is getting me down . Next year though I finish payments for the  van that will help.

Just not my type of company and poor customer service in my experience.
I did however love them when I first started but quickly realised that they were over priced so made my own system that works for me.
In the end its only pure water you have to make! The system does not have to look fancy. Its only pure water.
Pre Filters, DI and in some cases resin, thats all you need.
A few good companies I have found are Pure Freedom, Gardiners, Daqua for resin and window cleaning warehouse for odds and sods they get my business!

Never had a issue with ionic, have had my system for over 8 years on one of my vans, and the heater still going strong without any maintenance, over all great system  a bit expensive but then again you get what you paid for.

Have been a customer for over 7  years in fact they fitted my was and never had a problem until I needed a new pump which I got of them 4 months ago it started leaking water out everywhere flooding my van I phoned and they told me to send it back where there technician!!!! Would look at it they said they would send me another which they did along with a bill for nearly £200 so I paid an auto electricion to fit this pump presuming they would credit my account with the money I paid for the faulty pump when I phoned to see what was happening they said the wires on pump at been tampered with!!! I told them I paid to have it fitted professionally and would they talk to my auto electricion who was stood next to me at the time no there supposedly electricion said he would not talk to him to answer or ask any questions  bout the pump why not I said at which point he asked why it had gone a bit rusty on top , because it's been ping out water I replyed oh he said you will have to talk to head of sales it's not my problem he said  so will I be buying off ionic again not bloody likely they are on exchanges who wil glady take your money but when it comes to customer care it doesn't exist
