Just had a phone call from the daughter of an elderly lady whose carpets and upholstery I cleaned quite recently.
"Hello can you tell me how I can purchase a bottle of cleaner from you? My mother was given a free bottle from you and it is amazing stuff - I have never used a cleaner anywhere near as good! My husband had a nose bleed last night, bled everywhere and it all came out!"
She is popping around later to purchase a bottle!
My customers love this stuff and have never had a bad word about it.

Bang goes another job for you. Why give the customer a spotter to do yourself out of a job???
-
Because it was my customers daughter. She borrowed the bottle from her mother to try it and it worked for her.
And what do you mean 'another job'?
Small spotting jobs like this don't interest me much these days anyway.

sounds like another customer gained .... not lost IMO
i agree these bottles are great

Good point Paul!

these are great and a great price and will keep customers phoning you up, Your not gonna loose jobs by giving these out if anything it makes you look more professional like you sit at home making the stuff especially for your customers ;D

I use the 'Solution' spotter and I get phone calls asking to purchase some on a regular basis by people who have never even used my services.
I don't give it away like I used to, I can easily ask for the £9.95 and the customer is always happy to pay that price for it...

spotter bottles always a good idea, as you says spotting jobs always less rearward than time spent and bottle are a great way to go. Lynns brill at the design bit as well so dead handy having your name under the sink
