I've heard about whizzbiz to be honest he seems like a legit guy just out to earn a honest wage just like he rest of us , if I'd got a spare k or 2 I'd give him a go .

Would you pay him money upfront though?
I'd be happy to give the guy a try but not money upfront; it just doesn't sit right with me.
Someone does a job and you pay them, that's how life is. Giving money to someone I don't know...not on!

The whole money up front thing is a sticky topic, I know. What would a fair deal be ? Currently Im looking at a £300 deposit option. With the out standing to be paid on arrival

i canvass myself wile my dad and brother clean works well. get your own canvasser is the way forward teach him how to do it properly and you will gain no end. if he quits after a few weeks it doesnt matter beacuse a good canvasser can get £1000 pluss per month

You sound like me mate. Spot on way of managing whilst building up QUALITY work.
The best person to do the canvassing is whoever owns the company.

I'm training up my nephew he's only 16 so it's a bit of pocket money for him
I've told him he's gotta come out with me and see what is what il show him the ropes then he will be on his own knocking and getting me leads .
Offered him %50 of first clean price for confirmed leads .

I travel anywhere in the U.K, I agree with everyone also in regards to knocking for yourselves, you get the exact houses you want at the exact prices. That first contact is very important.

Why pay you two cleans when you can find people on gumtree etc that will do it for one clean or even less?
paying them the first clean means you dont lose any money if they dont last .

You wont lose money with me as I look to over stock for 1st clean cancellations, the idea is you owe me money when I leave.
Unlike those guys you can use me as and when you want, where they probably want you non stop, I also do not just hand you a note pad and say crack on. You get an easy to use data base, which I actually ring all the issue clients on your behalf.
Every customer recieves a flyer with us, hence increasing passive lead flow. Every booked client is expecting you and there is very little stress.
You also do not have to train me, as when I book I only look to get happy smiley people that want to give you money.
