Title: Tank freezing up !

 What is the best anti freeze to put into my water tank to stop it feezing so i can carry on working in this cold weather ????  one thats not gonna leave spots on windows, have tried Jak-Frost but it doesnt seem to be that effective,
 Has anyone ever tried car radiator anti freeze ?????

in the past it has been said to use ipa, think, like i said Think! its 5% ration

Car anti-freeze as far as I am aware is VERY TOXIC!!!!!!!

There's nothing you can add to your tank IMO that will make any difference. The best solution is either a hot system or fit an immersion heater. ;)

ok thanks,  already using heater in van and quilts, was just wondering if there was something else,

Fish tank hter in tank overnight..works a treat for me the past 2 winters   ;D
