Im looking at doing a customer survey in the summer nothing big just 10 questions max on a clip board when i collect payment covering contact details, leaflets, prices on leaflets, payment methods ect

I did one when I first started, thought it was a good idea and gives the impression you are serious about customer satisfaction. I had things like earliest start {some don't like it too early}, happy to have them cleaned Sat/Sun Bank holidays etc etc.
I was thinking about revamping it a while ago and you have reminded me to sort it out, ta.

customer service is an investment not a cost, may fail to understand this, good for you for caring about your customers  ;)

there is an online one you can do which will take less of your time ;)
