When cleaning block paving using a whirlaway  do you use a chemical, heat , both or neither to remove gum?

Thanks

A whirl-a-way won't remove gum with cold or hot water.

You use a lance with hot and fan nozzle or go for low pressure dry steam option which is a different machine.
