Title: Please help Alex Gardiner
Post by: ben M on January 31, 2012, 06:29:48 pm
Last week I bought a slx 25 with The Super-Lite® Radius-Sill Brush Flat-Trim Medium Bristles and a gooseneck standard 10''.

This week i bought The Super-Lite® Radius-Sill Brush Flat-Trim Stiff Bristles , option brush fitting plastic 90* and a Resi-Neck™ Quick-Release Type 1.
How can i connect my pole hose with my new brush? Did i miss something?

Thank you.

Ben

The pole hose goes up & right through the tube of the resi neck. Look & you'll se a hole in the top. ;)

What I do is take a short length (about 25cm) of pole hose and fit it to the brush and then feed it through the hole in the Resi-Neck (as posted above). Then attach a John Guest 8mm straight connector to the bottom of the length of hose. When you need to switch gooseneck and brush assemblies simply release the gooseneck, disconnect the John Guest and switch over.

I new there was a method to your madness, I did look at this myself and wondered why, then straight away thought Alex would have put that there for a reason.   ;)

I just learnt something new today, awesome stuff  ;D
