Title: Bad paying customers
Post by: Erithwc on January 26, 2012, 03:35:16 pm
i have got a customer that owes for two cleans i have put two notes through the door plus you windows were cleaned slips i think shes in but not coming to the door and she hasn't called to arrange collection either.

i don't care about the money she owes me i just want to cut the bad paying
customer out of my round before the rot spreads  ;D ;D

I don't want to do the normal thing and just not turn up again, i was thinking about sending her a cancellation letter telling her shes dumped due to none payment, anyone got a customer dumping letter i could edit for my needs.

if you have could you email me a copy to info@erithwc.co.uk

Thanks Erithwc

a bad paying customer is worth nothing to you. get more customers to replace them. in over 20 years of window cleaning i have never seen a bad payer change. in the early days i would give people a second chance and sometimes a third chance. they always started messing about again at some point.

replace every bad payer with two normal customers. i know some will say its not that easy but it is. if you managed to get a hundred customers so far then replacing a few shouldnt be too hard.

you wont have time to run about collecting money owed to you if you have good customers to look after. those that pay on time deserve to be cleaned on time. you cant afford to waste time on bad customers. its not fair to your good customers.

keep this simple business simple. stop trying to get blood out of a stone.

Yeah i was looking at it but from doing some digging on here i found that the round was sold to the guy selling the work a couple of months earlier, so for the guy to sell the work on so quick their must be some thing wrong with it  ;D ;D
