hello all!
After selling my House, round, van and all my kit! i'm back in the game!!! One day around 4 yrs ago my wife decided that she wanted to move house, not just down the road, along way down the road!! I sold all my gear, then had to wait 3 yrs to sell the bloody house!! But now i'm in a new area, i've got a new van, new set up and i'm already to start back at the job i love, having had 4 yrs driving hgv's working long hours i forgoten how good window cleaning for a living can be. Now ready for the hard work of building up a round to begin, already picked up a few and plan to start with flyers and some canvassing in a weeks time.
Been poking around the forum for the last month or so and have found it a great help, and as some many of you go on about gardiners poles i had to buy one, well 3!!! started with clx 22, then i got a slx 35 after picking that up i had to change the clx 22 for a slx 22!! these poles are great!! last time i started with a 18ft and 40ft multipole!!! it had 8ft sections!!
Anyway just wanted to say hello to you all!!
how addictive is this forum!!

i moved from lincoln to derby, wish i was still in lincoln tho, not have as many window cleaners over there!!! been truck driving and helping a mate out how runs his own gardening outfit, trying to stay out of the truck as much as possible!!!
thanks to you lot just blown some more money!!! stop going on about gardiners kit!! lol had to try one of his sill brushes and the swivel angle adaptor, gardiners really do seem to have the window cleaner in mind when thinking up new bits of kit not just about making lots of money altho i bet he is!!
Already getting grief from the misses!! not that forum again!!! you geek!!! lol
Oh!! do i need a extreme brush!!! lol

hehehe yeah i get the same from my missus mate, she thinks(well knows) im a total ciu forum geek ;D yeah shame your not in lincoln mate its always nice to know local cleaners

while i was in lincoln i used to do some work with a guy called Andy from mk cleaning not sure if he's still going, but he's a good bloke to know he used to get some good work and he's a great guy, look him up! tell him mick sent you!
