Hi
I did an office carpet cleaning job recently and the client needs a copy of a risk assessment for their records.
Can any one send a NCCA and TACCA member a blank copy or template please.

Am I missing something?
Surely this is something they should be in possession of before the job happens not afterwards, unless an incident has happened of course.

Its quite a common scenario in my experience.
