Hello everyone,
Hope your all well. Can anyone recommend some decent water resistant trousers? I want them to be comfortable but look professional aswell.
Im currently wearing tracksuit trousers which are reall comfortable but get soaked when WFP'ing and look unprofessional.
Cheers,
Caleb

There are various rain pants and water proof pants available in the market. like Gore-Tex rain pants. You can use buy them from such specific shops.

I just wear a pair of waterproof overtrousers this time of year, I think they only cost about £30.
Milletts clothing is ok.
Helps to stop trousers underneath getting wet and muddy.

I worked from 9.30 till 2 in the rain yesterday in my "waterproof" overalls but when i got in i was still drenched , might need some better ones
I buy the overall things that cost about a tenner

I bought a pair of waterproof over trousers in boyes the other week for £4.99

I buy trousers from a company call polo shirt Google it and then I wear water proof suit from Screw fix for 22 quid.

CragHoppers - Solardry for me about £35 from hiking stores.
I then have a pair of fully waterproof over-trousers for really wet days which I got off ebay for a tenner.

we use teflon cargo pants, water runs off them no matter how hard you rub against them. look and feel like normal bottoms. and so much easier then over trouses cost £35

A trick i do is spray my cargos with scotch guard , mostly in the front and this water proofs them also my boots and then respray after every fourth wash. Works a treat for light rain also stops staining.

Caleb

Yes I am still cleaning windows - it's what pays the bills in our house :)
I recently knocked it back slightly so that I now do just 1 full day a week. This is mainly commercial apartment blocks, but I also do a couple of large hotels and still have about 15 private houses as well (mainly next to my commercial contracts).
I find that I need to do at least 1 day a week to allow me to continue testing and developing equipment and ideas - I always have something new on the go and there is nothing quite 'standard' in the back of the van.
