Its peter fogwells invention, wimdow tools,
But you cam make one out of any pole its just a thick braided pole hose the you hold with your bottom hand

MINUS SILLS = LESS MONEY & LOST CUSTIE ;)
slx 22 ,carbon gneck ,sill brush .job done

I always use clampless .... saves time and becomes normal after a while....any pole will do without clamps....

I am in shock , if that was my W/C he wouldnt be comming back , fair enough if it was for the sake of video , but i see that all the time , no frames or ledges , no care at all , just goes to show what people get away with , it is becoming clearer to me that a Ferrari or DB9 can be gotten by a 1 man band , if i cleaned like that chimp i would be minted !
Just tell me thats not PF in the vid

The clampless poles were good at the time (Near 5 years since they were first seen), but by today's standards are pitiful.
I started with them,.. they wear quick (6 months from the official Peter F one, 3 or 4 months from the cheaper DIY ones), they're VERY bendy, the brush head spins, and I got serious shoulder pains after a year using them from "Throwing" the pole up to extend it. They rely on a stiff pole hose to stay extended, so are useless with hot water too. I'd say they suit some ppl, but 95% of window cleaners would prefer a CLX.
You can DIY a clampless pole using a 10mtr flagpole off ebay like this one: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/10m-Telescopic-Fibreglass-Pole-Flags-Windsocks-/120693758419?pt=UK_SportingGoods_Fishing_FishingRods_EH&hash=item1c19e899d3
