My last company was regulary used for milk spills, the local supermarket not saying wich blue and white striped one should suply the customer with a clean up after milk spills, and that was us after being contacted by the dairy long winded I know but hay I didnt have to wait to be paid,

But found a Quat based deoderiser injected into the backing used with a black light was the only way as the backings are mainly foam and hold the milk

Hope this helps James

Bill,

You need to use an enzyme product , mix , spray on allow to soak for 30 mins and extract  well, should do the trick.

If you do not have an enzyme product use a coloureds biological washing powder.

Cheers

I agree use an enzyme digester. I use prochems which has proved successful in the past, make sure you give it dwell time and rinse out well, I would recomend you use your extracta better power.
