Title: check your nuts
Post by: George P on January 24, 2012, 02:05:08 pm
got phone call from one of staff today, noticed whilst driving it felt a bit odd, pulled up and checked wheels, one of them had 2 wheel nuts missing, good job he was alert, only came out of garage for new brakes a few days ago, looks like someones not done a good job of putting it back together,

Might be an idea to put in place a check list for each van for the staff to check and sign off each week.

lights, oil, water wheel nuts ect just to cover your back  ;)
