Post by: MWC on January 22, 2012, 06:19:51 pm
I see a lot of good things said here about Gardiners products and seems to follow with good service too.
I only have a small set up at the min and its serving me well but what makes Gardiners poles and brushes so well credited?

I currently have a 250di Brodex set up with Brodex poles and brushes, they are ok but will buy new stuff later down the l

Weight and strength are the 2 key elements.
Dead light and extremely strong.

Poles are light rigid & short closed lenght,
Brushes scrub ok & again very light.
Quick release clamps on the poles for easy, quick brush changes

gardiners poles are ok as long as looked after,  i have had a clx for about 18months and to be honest i have hated becasue of a problem with the clamps and the pole always spinning,  it got to the point that the clamp had to be that tight i couldnt undo it to move the pole,  in the end i replaced the first clamp and the first section and the pole has been great since,  this is because of use,

i have about 11 gardiner brushes,  to be honest buy 1 and stick to it, i have to many and always change them, because i have the choice, and cant get to like one,  when i only had 3 i always stuck to the extreme wide

The poles and brushes really do look like the best on the market but at reasonable prices. When the SLX first came out it was not only the lightest and most rigid 25 ft pole on the market but was also offered at a price that was a fraction of what the competition were offering.

Another plus is that the products are developed by a window cleaner who tests them out every week so the concepts that Alex G comes up with really will suit most of us.

Simon.
