Been asked to quote for this place on a 3 monthly frequency.
There are exactly three hundred windows on it. 150 at the front and 150 at the back.

£250?
-
Do something similair on same frequency, charge £320, we include inside of reception area.
-
£380 to £400 mark
-
200 to 225, you will fly round it as all just in a line...
-
£200-250 not even half a day to do it
-
£125.00 + vat
-
£1 a window is fine on domestics but you will need to drop a long way from that when you have all the glass next to each other. You could do that front face in an hour or a bit more maybe if you're plodding. Maybe the trees will slow you down a bit. Assuming there are no access or other hidden issues, three hours would be the very top whack to knock that out on maintenance cleans. First clean would undoubtedly be longer though. I'm referring to outsides only. I know some will say this is too low but to be competitive, £150 would be OK if you're happy with turning over £50 an hour on maintenance cleans.

When you have a windows like this, you really can fly through them.
I personally would charge around £200 mark, nice easy, short day and good job done

Indeed. Three hours at very top whack for one guy IMO. Not guessing either. I've done similar work.
-
I would go at £270
They do get dirty there as next to the railway line with parking only at the back.....yes I know the property ;D
Some of the buildings there have aluminium frames so could be possible problems with wfp
If you need a hand Matt ;)
-
Work out how long it will take... Then £40 - £60 an hour, depending on how badly you want the job.
Andy
-
so come on then matt what did you get
;)
-
£130 + vat nice & easy job.
-
£200 - £250
take say 3 hours.
-
some times tho you can price too cheap & not get the job because you are too cheap. well thats what ive found & been told. So what ever way you look at it you always stand the chance of lossing ajob :(
-
If you need a hand Matt ;)
Cheers mate. ;)

Not put my price in yet.

Prices all depend on location. Prices flutuate around the country higher in the south and lower up north.
Up north I'd charge roughly £150
-
it looks like this is all easy reach with an 18ft pole - 300 panes, probably around 3.5hrs for one man buy could be less if the windows stay clean (got a similar job, slightly bigger and there are trees around it - they get dirty very quickly, it takes 4.5hrs for one man)
so I'd say £175 to £200 - like others have said, its an easy looking job.
-
I got a job like this in Chelmsford the other day, they were paying 250£, and thought it was to much. I went in at 175 and got it, took 2 of us just under 2 hours, that's good money by anyone's standards
-
Price it at £499 and it will be a good job

D Woods your forgetting again, we dont all work in kensington (rolly eyes)
-
I would look for that price any where inside the M25
If you don't ask you don't get
-
Price it at £499 and it will be a good job
Price it at that rate and it won't be a job at all.

Thank you for your expert opion

Matt, was this on the back of an e-mail from 'best of Basingstoke' or something like that?
I got one tonight for the same building only for carpet cleaning ;)
I suspect it might just be a way of getting businesses to reply with a view to subscribbing to their website.
-
Thank you for your expert opion
Thanks for yours too, I was asking for prices not lottery numbers. All the same cheers ;D

Matt
I'm with Mr Woods on this one
Ask if they want the frames included
Also my guess is they will want the internal common parts included, reception and the glass balustrades
;)
