Hi when I wfp outside why sometimes leave white  mark's I scrub well and rinse well don't under stand it help needed please

maybe the frames are oxidised rub your finger and put it on the frame if you can see white they are oxidised

When you scrubbing windows do you leave water on

yes you dont scrub with a dry brush.

do you stop the flow of water when you're scrubbing the window then Neil?:o

White marks: More than likely either aluminium frames, powder coated metal frames, older upvc frames.
You'll learn to remember which houses cause this problem and change your technique NOT to clean the top part of the frame above the glass.
