just to give an idea of height, here is a pic of the buildings across the road

top floor was the height ;)

even with a safety harness and a checked eye bolt it is a bit of a wobbler on the knees :o

I never had a problem with working at height. Once you are in a good harness you won,t go far.

We used to have fun racing round the outside of buildings 8-10 floors up.

Warbling like pigeons at passers by was another favourite.... :D

you could ride a bike along that ledge.... ;)

yes the second post pic is easy, the first one is bit of a wobbler, I just hate, trying to open the windows, all ropes and pulleys :D

How come you don't pole it?

How come you don't pole it?

the pics don't do justice ronnie, it is high, the back would need a 70 foot pole the front 60 at least, I don't have either, I pole all the lower windows, and the first floor have stupid balcony's that can't be poled, so they are even harder to do.

I have to hook up and put a ladder on the balcony to get the top of the sash windows, it doesn't go ground, first floor etc, it is basement, ground, first floor, second floor etc

isn't a problem really as the insides are all done as well, just thought it was something different, but I am sure the guys from big city's deal with it every day

It is different. Take my hat of to you Stuart, I could not do that, scared of height's (honest). I just looked at the guy going by on his bike, he is quite far down. Tae fook wae that.

I hope they pay extra for the knee wobbling.

If it's secure then can't see the problem.

I just would not do it, as I don't like the thought of being spider man anymore, and tarzan was never my thing.

yes it is secure or I wouldn't do it, I turned a few jobs away because the windows would not open, they had the eye bolts, but the lad that did it before me just opened one window and walked the ledges and never bothered with a harness :o nice lad but nuts ;D
