Title: help with charger

i have a flowmaster split charger it used to say CHG and make a clicking noise and it charged battery ok but now it just says CHG no noise but does not seam to be charging battery any ideas anyone

if its not clicking then it not switching over to the second battery by the sound of it. probably need changing.
