Hi,
Is anyone interested in work in North London? But it will be as part of void cleaning.

Basically I know a refurb company who wants a contractor to clean after the tradesmen have finished, have been sent through the prices that they are willing to pay for each job code today and where I live I cant make any money on it, not close. But although the prices for the voids are crap they have also given me the prices for carpet cleaning and they are not bad at £30 per room upto 20sqm.
I am a void cleaner first and foremost and do carpets and cookers as an extra.

Anyway they are doing upto 6 voids a week and want someone asap. There is also prices for rubbish removal, environmental cleans blah blah.

Honestly even if I kipped down there the voids are poorly priced.

Let me know anyway, would rather offer the contact on here before the general board.

There lies the problem, they need someone to do all of the work.
I asked the same question, but was told I couldnt cherry pick!
