AQUA-DAPTORS are like marmite!!you either love them or hate them!!i love em!got two mark 2s.get a few springs and and a spare screw thread adaptor as they wear after a while.
one screw thread adaptor just broke and created play in the fitting after around 8 months and a spring snapped on me a few months ago but easily sorted out.
no loop of hose is just fantastic!!it does add weight to the end of the pole so make sure you ve got a light pole and brush!! ;) ;D ;D

for those that replied yes, could you give a little more detail, a little like dazmond
I would like to no the for's and against on this myself as I don't use them
someone posted you will get more than your money back quickly or something like that could you give more detail on this because i know how much water costs and how much i use with a tap, would be interesteds to know how you came up with that comment.
I am not against this product as never used it, personally i cant see the point of it over a tap, but i do listen and would like more detail

I bought two, and I didn't like them. I found them heavy and cumbersome. I prefer working with an outside pole hose and just 'nip' the pole hose when I want my flow of water to stop. It's a quicker way to work too, and I can easily remove my brush head, which is handy in some circumstances.
In the end I flogged both of mine for £50. :'(
So, as Daz says, some love 'em, some don't. We didn't (I work with Wor Lass).

Well worth it.. and heavy nope not at all i dont notice the weight anyway.. all you do is pull the hose and a way you go so much faster then a tap.. top product scott

For : easy on/off water control
Against : pole closed lenght longer
Extra weight at the brush end

Does it really beat a trigger?
Let go of the trigger the water stops.
Large window: Clean the top with the water on. Let go of the trigger, water stops. Scrub the rest of the window with the run off then rinse = window cleaned with 50% of the water normally used.
Can you easily stop the water mid way with a trigger?
Not criticising - just wondering?
(Also not ignoring loop though it does help to have all the connectors off the ground)
-
Yes just pull hose and water flows then pull hose and water stops plus can put hands any where on pole most people i have spoken to have used triggers and now they have aqua dapters and say its better plus aqua dapter looks proffessional and i think it is the only tap that is devoloped specifically for water fedpoles

I am, of course, biased ;) but the only negative bit of feedback that we really get is what has already been posted above, the extra weight. The Mk3 is lighter, it's a priority for us to reduce weight, but not at the sacrifice of strength or durability. Springs break occasionally, but we cover them under the 12 month warranty.

Recouping your investment is more to do with the extra profitability when using them, rather than just the water saving. We also sell push-fit flow control valves/taps, but the vast majority of those coming from a tap will see a great reduction in water used.

Water saving is probably comparable to a trigger, but we (obviously) think the Aqua-dapter is far more convenient to use. You can easily stop the water mid way; any time you like.
As it's still a relatively new product and many people haven't seen or used one yet, that's why we offer our 1 month money back satisfaction guarantee. Only a few people have taken us up on it, and some of those who have came back and bought again later.
If you have any other questions, feel free to call us and have a chat.

hi mate with the aqua dapter the water flows through the unit much quicker than a tap so you can turn down the flow conn (if you use one) and use less water and battery power. i know this because i have both rigged up and compared the 2
