I had a stamp made up similar to my business card and pre-stamp every page of a half size duplicate book for residential customers. Then I just write in the address, amount and my name and leave with a SAE.

I self print on a single colour laser printer and guillotine them.  Only 2 per A4 sheet (double sided) because I found that some customers were losing them in the junk mail (so they said, anyway).
I don't know about the cost of doing it that way but I prefer to do it myself for flexibility - so I can alter something at short notice.

I use a invoice book from Staples with a duplicate copy and a rubber stamp with business tails on the top of each page. So I can track payment it also looks like business and people take you more seriously. Even when you are a small business try to look professional and larger than you are.Its will get you more business.

Same here too.

I will be going back down the printed route again when I have finished spilt testing the invoices.
I made a tweak the other day that generated a few more online payments when I have it the way I want  then will have them printed a couple of thousand at a time.

I used to do like,  dirt cheap on old laser black and white, but colour cost more to do in house than i can get them pro printed, and i find it cuts alot of bother, if i want promote a service i print a post it note,

I just changed pay online to PAY ONLINE, it's all in the testing, I have been learning loads of new things to add into this business that are used in marketing, sadly I get excited about it lol
