Jamie, you need to download a FBML (Facebook markup language) app, then you can have html code as your welcome page. The easiest way to go from there is to insert an image that takes up all the available space (I think I still have the sizes noted on my laptop if you decide to go ahead).

lol, I realise I probably made that sound far more complicated than it actually is, just do a search for "fbml" on facebook, and get one of the apps from there.
