just put "risk assessment" in search and you will find loads of info.

Basically, an RA is just a list of potential hazards to a jobs building, staff, you and what measures YOU will take to prevent them.
There are lots of formats and degrees of detail etc. I've sent you one of mine in Word.doc format.
