Title: Anyone clean over in Gateshead

I do some work for an estate management company and they have asked me to quote an office block in Gateshead.
I live about 3 hours drive from Gateshead so not to keen to quote. I have looked at the building via google earth / street view and it is a fairly big office block. The windows have not been done for about 12 months and they are looking for a monthly and quarterly price.
