Personally,
I would say, i would clean the panels everytime i clean the windows for £2/3 extra, it would take 1 minute and would always be clean or £10 twice per year if you wanted to be nice

you clean con roofs for £3 a time, are you mad ? it only takes a couple of bird poo's at that price  and it costs you to clean it  ::)

if it is twice a year charge a premium I think £10 is way to low every six months bird poope will put added time on imo.

How long does it take to clean 4 con roof panels every month using hot wfp, it would take me literally 1 min, assuming easy access.
I would charge probably £20 for the initial clean then £10 every 6 months there after

I think you need to see a doctor, if the think you can clean correctly 4 conservatory roof panels in 1 min how ever easy the access

And if what you say is true you would be charging £600 a hour  :o

realisticly it will not take anywhere near 1 min to clean properly more like 15/20 mins and as a one-off job which they are liekly to turn around and say oh can you leave it till (next couple of month) £10  ::)

yeah easy! the only way id do any now is for the right price and once or twice a year, just little jobs for very good money, private jobs on my own too. not through a builder who takes a cut! eff that!  ;)

£40 for a one off (twice a year is a one off imo)

£20 every 12 wks

£12 every every 4 wks

£15 quarterly every 8 wks

this is without seeing it though so its very difficult to say

Eh? So it's £80 once per year, £20 every month= £240 per year , £12 every other month=£72 per year or £15 a quarter =£60

ive got one i do about 6 big-ish panels every 12 wks @ £40 it takes about 30 mins roughly

I just looked, I didnt see the post about the photo, I tend to agree thats not a conservatory roof thats a lean-to

£5 is a fair price £10 would be a little excessive although nice

The original post said what to charge for cleaning a con roof with 4 panels ,
I then put the pic up, to what i assumed was being asked to clean.
Do i still need to see a doctor ???
Or do you need the opticians window washer  ;D

I would not do a conny roof for less than £5 a panel. I think some of you guys should start paying your customer £ 5/ 10 quid I disagree. I worked in property for many years and we had a saying "we talk prices up here" And houses are not cheap are they. It works.I have never seen a monument in the name of a cheap worker. No good been a looser in a winner`s game.

erith i live and work same areas as you i guess. I never charge less than £20 for a con roof and customers bite my arm off to do it so you can defo get away with charging a lot more for that.

do you wanna come and do mine for £20 a roof? your welcome to! i could still make £20 per roof (at the very least) for doing zero work then! i can just put my feet up all day  :P

if its just a lean to placcy roof £10 wouldnt take me more than ten
mins  and £5 on top of the house windows on a 4 weekly clean

i do quite a few of these on a monthly basis generally take me
less than fives mins on a 4  weekly once over

it's a new coservatory less than a year old and it is hardly dirty with the rest of the garden raised by about 3ft so i can do the hole roof by standing on the grass will only take 10-15 mins  ;D
