Hi Guys,
 hope everyone had a good christmas and new year,
 got one we don't normally do so i was looking for advice from folks.
One of our L.A's has asked us to quote for common area cleaning in 2 converted blocks of flats (used to be old v. large townhouses ) It's 3 floors, low traffic, carpeted , and needs windows done too, they're looking for it to be done once a fortnight inc dusting inner doors and cleaning front steps. Possibly annual carpet cleaning and sweeping outer basement area when req'd and cleaning front steps. Any suggestions for ballpark competitive quotes on a postcard (or post)  ;D

Clean 50.00
Windows depends how many windows go £2.00 a window in/out if just the common windows.

Carpets about 100.00 as it sounds like there's not much hall and landing just staircase.
