youve got just over a grand a month worth of work which i would say is about 3x the monthly value is between 3-3500 k

And about 1500 in equipment

So if your looking to buy your business partner out id be paying about 4k

Its obviously a new business? as theres not enough work for one guy let alone 2

The work has a monthly value of 1200 so its up to you how many you multiply it by. Depends on how established it all is, but if you say 3 cleans its 3600 for the work. Not sure on van etc bit would say 5k a ball park figure...

Sean why would you pay out 4k on a business only worth 5k? Half would be 2.5k last time i checked...

Has the company got any debt/tax owing/overdrafts?
You will be taking that over if you buy him out.

very good point.might be worth getting solicitor involved (if haven't already,), could get messy due to 'personal' reasons taking over......

depends on what drawn up in partnership agreement, if you both put in equal amounts of time and money, etc.
