Im thinking of getting this, but is there a way to disable the internet backup? or do you opt into that? I dont fancy my business being streamed across the internet. thanks folks.

you opt in. £12/year. or back up to memory stick. one of the best £50 i've spent (+£12/year).

I think I will get it, I only ever hear good things. and £50 is a very reasonable price.
