Be more interesting to know the percentages, 146 is fabulous but if there are 1500 on the estate then they could be spread out....

My pathetic 41 are on an estate with about 250 in total. So all very close to each other. Quite a few have got cons aswell so its allways nice when this work comes up due.

90 on an estate of 120.very compact.mainly small 3 bedders.price rise of a quid a house in april.the others dont want a window cleaner or are previous customers ive dumped due to payment issues! ;D ;D
62 on another estate across the road again small 3 bedders out of 90 on the estate.very compact.
easy to collect, never get any problems, normally pay on the day of clean.get plenty of conny roof,fascia/soffit cleans from these customers during spring/summer.good bread and butter work.
i have another 160+ accounts ranging from housing association flats, big stand alone accounts, groups of 4-5 bed houses, some commercial, converted barns,a big church etc.
i have a nice varied round. at the end of the day its all money and it keeps the wolf from the door!! ;) ;D ;D
