Yes it does work, but can be expensive.
I notice that you are in London, same as us. This a very competitive market and so was costing us up to £200 a month. Not all of it is work either, you get a lot of sales calls which still cost you.
That said, it serves it's purpose and bring in work without needing a brilliant site.
