Title: Payment collecting card

i want to design a payment collection card to put threw the door when i go out collecting and the customer isn't in so that they know i have been around to collect the payment.

but i don't know how to word it without making it sound rude  ???

Your windows were cleaned on (insert date)

Cost:

Total: (in case you're owed from previous clean)

We will collect on/ you can pay by (delete as applicable and insert necessary details)

I rarely collect - after cleaning, if there is no-one home I leave a postcard sized invoice with all the payment options - works for me

encourage them to send payment or to pay by bank transfer/ bill payment through phone banking or internet it is easier for them and great for there money management

I use this in a  book of 50 2 part carbonless duplicate book.
