I don't mean to sound funny, I love aqua adapters, but the fact that you are a new member and you first post is praising the aqua adapte, then you second post is to praise it again on the same thread just to bump it up again, it make you look like you have connections to aqua dapter and there is something fishey going on  ???

I could be wrong though  :-\

I just a saw a video of an aquaadapter yesterday and was very impressed with it. Think I might buy one to try it out.

sfwc- what do you mean by a tap? Where does it fit to the pole? regarding the aqua adapter, I like the way that you just pull the hose to turn the water off and back on, it doesnt matter if the pole is fully extended or not. How easy is it to turn off the tap? ie do you need to put hose on the ground to turn off the tap?

You can have a tap in 1 of 4 places - first - trailing along the ground brhind you - it will last around 2 weeks before being battered to death second - located in a holster on your belt - this creates a loop and if leaks you get wet - third - taped to the end of the
pole - reasonable good and usable - but again you have a loop and can get snagged. four - on the brush stock - this works well
however on where near as quick as an AD - esp if you extend the pole and forgot to turn the tap on !! - adds weight to the brush

At the end of pole ro sheen but ad a lop and it did my head in keep getting snagged up plus aqua looks more professional... Instead of a gas tap with tape all round it to hold it on..

Aqua-dapter is the most efficient way for water on/off IMO,if you look after them they are pretty much bullet proof(ok,you may have to replace a spring now and again which will set you back 30p)   £60...worth every penny ;)

How do you join the 2 pieces of hose together? Barb? Clips? I have the mk2 but cant seem to get the right combination to stop it snagging when the microbore goes into the pole.

Hi Steve,

cant seem to get the right combination to stop it snagging when the microbore goes into the pole.

What length of Pole/Pole Hose are you using?  We usually recommend that you have at least a long enough length for the hose to come out of the pole when fully extended, that way you're pulling on our low-stretch hose to operate the Aqua-dapter.
