hi ya :)i will be canvassing the hampstead and belsize park area s of north london , the thing is the propertys are about £15, million and upwards, acording to savills the estate agents , would one price these acordingly, or a pound a window as normal ;D one property i clean is £150, that includes the glass at the side of the pool,

Prices are all relevant to the area, if you in the high end stuff then good on you but its all relevant, a 150 house will take 15 times longer than a 10 pound house....

The thing you have to be more aware of round there is the parking, or lack of it. Also these houses get canvassed all the time and usually by letter.

Good point.
I visited Kensington & Chelsea in December (not work related) and there are obviously a lot of very impressive properties there.
However access and parking to be able to work would be an absolute nightmare.
So I didn't bother leaving me business card....... oh well their loss ;D

A £10 house should only take 10 minutes to clean; clean time, not travelling time as well. The difference is there's always going to be a lot of travelling to do with 15 houses even if some are in the same stopping point. A £150 house if it takes 15 times what a £10.00 house takes should therefore only take about 2 1/2 hours to do, as no travelling.
Shouldn't houses of this nature have their own off-road parking?

hi ya :)i do not mind no parking zones, as most of my work is in restricted parking zones i can park on a custermers drive then work allday with no probs, theres lots of work to be had in these zones so dont be lazy a little wak with your ladder and bucket is good advertising ;)
