black dual trim(flocked) is great for leaded/wooden windows and general window cleaning.the white one(mono)is better for dirty first cleans when you want to give minging frames a good clean!!i find you have to scrub more with the mono on the glass to get it clean but its better for scrubbing dirty frames.

flocked is my favourite brush along with the black extreme for maintenance cleans.

It is a matter of preference. I much prefer the standard splay black brush which is (or used to be) their best selling brush.

11 days off now! ;D ;D

might even write the week off if its bad tomorrow as well.feel rough(man flu!) :'( :'(

the black one i have is dual trim and the end seem split  but the ends seem to stick together like it has  glue on the end of it, is this normal or do i have a dud

Try washing with thick bleach to clean brush and rinse in bucket. I have also had this.

just took this pic for you , this is the original dt flocked its over a year old now ,and had a bit of a abuse  ;D

mine looks nothing like that, and hasnt from the start,  i used it for one job today,  i washed a door and half a window and took it off and threw it in the back of the van

here is the first brush i ever bought about 3 years, ago,  this has been used a lot more than the black one,  i reakon the black one has been used on less than a dozen houses
