Thats interesting who are you with? I upgraded my bank account with Barclays for a few months on the strength of the breakdown cover UNTIL I noticed in the small print it does not cover commercial vehicles hence no use to me.

I also upgraded with barclays for the travel insurance and the iphone insurance and 6 visits to the exec lounge in airport.
what aload of crap wouldn't insure wife for multiple sclerosis and quote for her from other insurers include me at no extra cost.
never managed to use exec lounges as all night flights and lounges closed, and to cap it all phone got water damage and the claim procedure took so long (over a month) and i had to send phone at my expense, Told them to stuff it and cancelled .

They got £60 out of me before I realised. I tried to get a refund because I only upgraded for the breakdown cover but they would not have it....ALWAYS READ THE SMALL PRINT!

I'm with the Halifax ultimate reward account. I had a flat tyre on my van last month and couldn't be bothered to change it so I called them out. I also use the annual travel insurance about 3 times a year though I haven't claimed yet.
