Title: static set up

new year resolution to set up my  static stystem-setting aside 150 quid to do this(would that be enough?)the ibc's on flea bay are about the £40 mark,anyone advise on what pump/need to re-fill fairly quick-idealy in under five mins for a 250litre tank-also best transfer hose? these seem expensive-is there an alternative?thanks in advance ;D

Pumps 150 ltrs a minute so is very quick.
