OK, after testing my kit yesterday with a TDS of 010 and lots of rinsing, I still have spots :( So looking at my current resin holder that probably only holds a few cup full's of resin I'm thinking of buying a proper bottle to connect to my RO system.
There's a few second hand one's on ebay but I could certainly use some advice on what resin to use, price, and what vessel to go for.
I did get my TDS down to 001 for a while when I tested it all and filled my holding tank, but it looks like that rose during filling and now I'm left with a tank at 010. The resin vessel on my RO system is so small I suspect it's useless :-[

get a normal di vessel from gardines and stick in van

I dont understand you get spots at10 ppm I go upto at leas 20 ppm and its fine you sure the spots are not comming off the frames !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I rinsed it all heavily and waited for what was left to dry until this morning and was left with spots. Its the same on all the windows :(
I might try changing back to the pencil jets and see if I get a better result, there's always the chance that it's me doing something wrong although I can't think what at the moment. I'd like to get my TDS to 000 then at least I can rule that out as an issue.

I would recommend you get an 11ltr DI vessel from Daqua filled with Tulsion resin. Then you should only have to change resin once or twice a year depending how much you're producing.

Thanks Andy, the link also mentions some handy advice regarding vessel size when filling under tap pressure as I am.
Is £110 a good price including Tulsion Resin? I was just looking at the one on the Vyair site, it's cheaper at £71 but they don't mention what Resin they fill it with.

I can only recommend what i've used myself and I only ever buy my resin from Daqua because I trust them and their products.
I use one of their 11ltr di vessels after the ro and I change the Tulsion resin about twice a year which is much easier than refilling one of the small di canisters every few weeks.
If you wanted a cheaper option you could look for a second hand resin vessel on Ebay and buy the resin seperately.
11 ltr is a good size to go for in my opinion.

Well I do like a good recommendation Andy so I think I'll add them to the list of stuff to buy ASAP next week :)
Cheers

Ali frames mate. I've watched them dry like a proper sado ;D There was no dripping etc, these grey spot showed up from the water I used.
But I spoke to Doug yesterday (a bank holiday up there) and he was as you said a top chap, 11ltr vessel and assorted other stuff on route ;)
