I have always liked the internal ;D but, something said today on here has got me thinking, is external the way forward is it better than internal? What are your thoughts?

so Kent you understand wfp now !!!!!!!!!!!!lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah realised this method i have been using for a while is called wfp!! ;D

I started with external, only went internal because I started using my poles without using clamps, I just held the hose and worked like that, however I have added a swivel and this requires the clamps to be done up so may go back to external as I preferred it.
only one down side to external is it can catch on finales on con roofs, when doing windows above but it easily overcome

does anyone use ladders? :o

Internal on all of my telescopic poles, EXCEPT for at serious height using a 16m modular fishing pole, then external.

Yawn.....
What's a water fed pole?

Depends really.
If I'm on a large job where trees are in the way I will go internal so avoid getting caught up. Also, I go through phases of external to avoid having to clean the pole's insides so much.

i really dont get why anyone would go external? or there any benefits?
