I never print a whole weeks work out from George as I like to keep my days flexible. I update my database every evening when I get home and just print out, or email a list to my BlackBerry for the next day.

i print a weeks worth out at a time, its more flexible i find, I just do whatever i like in whatever area i like, whatever suits me. Its got to be more flexible than just printing a days work at a time? Also I stopped printing the invoices a long time ago, was a waste of paper and more importantly ink when people were in to pay me. I just post a 'windows cleaned today' slip through the houses that are out. Saved a small fortune in wasted ink!

I print it to a PDF file and email the PDF file to my BlackBerry.
