Title: What Are Your Cleaning Days?
Post by: Danny Guest on December 23, 2011, 09:29:46 pm
We work 4.5 days per week

Mon - Residential
Tue - Residential
Wed - Residential
Thur - Residential
Fri - Residential/Commercial

Im changing all my 2 weekly to 4 weekly and i have introduced 8 weekly to the mix.
With me and two lads we are hoping to get the full weeks work into 3 days.

Whats your working week and how many can fit £1200 per week into 3 days?

Danny

£1200 into 3 days dead easy

start at 3am and finish at 8pm ..... no breaks ... no talking to each other ... no talking to customers ... no wee breaks ... no stopping in rain (only puffs do that) oh and skip all the bathroom windows.

The third lad is part time so i was planning on making them both part time but pay them much more per hour so it works out like a full wage from three days.

I have fairly decent prices and am working off completing an average of 50 houses per day

in the new year i will be working Monday to Thursday on glass and Friday for canvassing and new cleans. I have a part time employee and by the end of 2012 he will work with me 4 days a week. As i aim to keep Friday as a day off unless the weather is exceptionally bad during the week. And the day figures i will average will be do able in winter hours so that i can still have Fridays. Work to live !
