Title: WHO WOULD LIKE AN EXTRA 10O MILES OUT OF THEIR FUEL TANK?

Bought Mobil New Life 0W40 5 litre engine oil, (£48) and for 10months it gave me about 100miles extra out of my 80litre diesel tank.  (600miles in total)

Unfortunately i forgot the name of it and bought the turbo diesel version and that isnt as good, the 1st tank i only got about 40 extra miles out of it. i also added redex diesel cleaner too

Diesel Magic worked wonders for me in my old van. Try it  ;)

could it be you were running low of oil and now its all lubed up again the lack of metal grinding on metal is helping?!  :P ;) ;D

Tyre pressure can effect fuel consumption also, but good tip all the same.

forgot to say i used wynns engine flush with the new life oil, but since then ive heard scare stories of it doing more harm than good, so i didnt use it this time around.
