Just doing the last job before Xmas earlier this morning and ...
I got a new one this morning - nice gal in her thirties - next to one of my regulars. She told me she was "never home from work" and signed up for a £12 every other time (£20 on the spot for first clean which we did) and wants the conny done from scratch in the spring.

I had one the other day come out and ask for me to clean hers, initially i was going to say sorry to busy but when she said she would pay £20 for the one off clean i agreed. Her next door neighbour pays £4!
