Hello....we use a Texatherm Water Heater Tank for bonnet cleaning method but find it not to be robust enough for heavy use.
Any suggestions for a portable tank (must have wheels to move in/out properties) ...must heat up to 75 degrees C...and automatic cut-off when up to temperature.
Exisiting tank too exposed to risk of water damage to controls and metal outer casing prone to dents.
One careful owner...honestly!
Finding a suitable replacement/equivalent so far hard work...gone back to using older version...ugly but much more robust!
Any suggestions welcome!
Kind Regards

Ive had mine for three years and still looks great. You must be very careless of have employees.
Tie it down in the van and wring the pad out in the tank before lifting it out.

Please define heavy use and or abuse! It’s funny I have some equipment which is a decade old and still going strong! And also used by part timers.
And your agenda is?
Have you had a word with Tex about your problem! Also think water damage to controls would include all potables hwe machines, lot of splash not so much of dash could be wrong!
