Sorry just reread my post and it looks like I'm suggesting a cover up or something, not what I meant. I thought you could get a better feed back from a discussion rather than solus comments

If you want to make CIU better.

Then the first step should be to ban the banning of people who mention other forums, we are not stupid and we all know that others excist and sometimes posting for help on all of them can produce more/better responses.

The same applies when someone has a bad experence about a product or company, so long as its not illegal, they should be free to say what they feel, if they are wrong/ misguilded or a bully boy, then they will be shown up for it.

Getting a better hosting account and have an unlimited upload folder to people can upload photo's

A mobile app for android would be good. Then when we are sat in the van waiting for the rain to calm down we could browse a but easier. (This was posted from android - but this site is a bit awkward on a mobile) please don't do apple only :D

Have a map of UK with users locations so we can keep an eye on the competition

Turn CUI into a guild that we can all be proud to say we are members of the CUI Guild of Window Cleaning

its got to be one of the slowest sites to connect, get yourself another provider or something cus half the time i try to connect it times out, nowt wrong with my computer hi spec or my connectin
