Yep I've got one. If you want the best pole then they are worth the extra cost. It's very nearly as light as a modular, and stiffer than a modular. It's telescopic but like a modular you increase hight in full sections although you can increase the last section by a half length just incase you have any tight access work. I would not go back to a standard slx after using this in fact it makes the standard slx feel like a glass fibre.

Simon.

Does it not affect your working only being able to increas in full section.

Same as Sherwwod. One section can be clamped half way. Sounds odd and you'd think it would be a pain when infact it works very well.

I have the 48ft one. I have broke it down before & used it at lengths between 20 & 30ft. Having used an slx 25 for about 4 years the Xtreme does indeed make it feel like an old fiberglass pole!! ;D

I replaced my 4 year old slx 25 with another slx but I wish I had now gone for the Xtreme 25 :(

Not fragile at all WW, nothing like an SL2, they are as robust as a normal carbon pole. ;)
