Title: calibration problem
Post by: Pope vader on December 18, 2011, 10:17:14 am
i got a flojet with a gardiners digi controller,  when i am using either fans/pencils  on 60  the pressure at the brush is constant,  when i up it to 99  the pressure drops to nothing then starts up again,  as the pumps switchs on and off,  the problem i have is the pump doesnt seem to kick back in till all the pressure has gone,  is this a cal problem,  as have it set on 30,

This will be because the calibration setting is too low for the higher flow rate. If you adjust it up to about 45 this should stop the pulsing.

Ok thanks for that let me know how it works in anger. This is a question that comes up from time to time and the short answer is the control should handle two poles as long as the calibration is adjusted. We also would that the pole should work at different heights.
